Lots of driving today, not because we had to but  because we just felt like it.  Breakfast at Mother Hubbard's, which wasn't great then off to drive through Atascadero and see Norm's folks old house and property.

Had to make the obligatory stop at Misson San Miguel Arcangel, hence the photo of the bell tower from the inside of the mission.

As usual, we got off the highway at Arroyo Grande and through the backroads and Pismo Beach.  Made a stop in Soledad for coffee and pie.

We decided we would go to Gilroy even though we wouldn't get there until late afternoon and it was quite a ride with lots of slowdowns.  Funny for 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon.
